I have been using this product for 3 years and love the texture, smell and how soft and hydrated my skin feels after application. Unfortunately the new formula (jar now with a metal lid) contains a product that I am sensitive to and therefore need to find an alternative night cream which is a shame.

So hydrating
I absolutely love this moisturiser and the whole dr organic rose Otto set. I have oily skin prone to breakouts and the dr organic rose Otto product range has totally changed my skin complexion to healthy, bright, balanced, plump, even and hydrated. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful texture, not oily or heavy on my skin. Lovely soft, healthy look to skin next morning after using. I’m 55+ and I would totally recommend this product for mature skin. I use it after the rose Otto face mask for best results.

The scent is a little strong for me
This is a heavier night cream that stays on the skin for a while before it feels like it is absorbed. A little bit of it will go a long way. The down side for me is that the fragrance is very strong. I don't mind a cream that has an initial fragrance, but this lingered long after I applied it. If one was looking for a heavy night cream (it was not greasy) and likes the smell of roses, this would be great for them, but it wasn't for me.

Soften and Nourish the Skin of your Face Overnight
This rich organic cream is great for high altitude, dry, and aging faces. It softens and moisturizes all night. My skin is sensitive and often breaks out if I use products that are too heavy. The consistency of this one worried me a little. It didn't soak in all the way. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't one of those that's so greasy you have to wash your pillowcase. It's creamy. It's just a little thicker than I usually use. It turned out fine, though. It worked great.Amazon's packaging didn't work quite as well as usual. It came through the mail in a padded envelope and the product box was smashed. If you wanted to give it as a gift, that might have been a problem. The jar containing the product (inside the box) came through fine though. It was in perfect condition. I didn't care about the box anyway, so that didn't matter.

Excellent Rose Otto Face Cream
I love this face cream. It smells DIVINE! It is super moisturizing & I wear it night & day. It is not greasy & a little dab goes a long way. I rarely like scented creams on my face but I love this one. The scent does fade fairly quickly so if you do not like scent, it will dissipate.This cream has the preferred, Rose Otto Oil, which is steam distilled. Rose Otto is an expensive ingredient because it takes a lot of rose petals to make it. Rose Absolute is the solvent extracted rose oil.I store the jar in the refrigerator to help keep it fresh. I take a spoon & put a small amount of the cream, for daily use, in to a small container (like a small plastic cosmetic/lip balm container).This company is from Swansea, UK & this face wash is made in the E.U. Organic Doctor is known for its “natural”/organic products. This is so nice to use before bed. It smells divine if you like roses. It's a really old fashioned scent and very soothing plus it's made with lots of natural extracts so no horrible chemicals.

Beautiful product that is kind to animals and that really works.
I am 46 and really never bothered with creams etc but this is beautiful. I have sensitive skin and rosaceae and my skin tolerates this cream, plus it is completely cruelty free (no animal testing and no animal ingredients) so I can be sure tending my face won't cost animal lives.But most of all my skin feels amazing, really silky soft and smooth. The smell is heavenly too and it's bliss to fall asleep with that scent. In less than week I look younger and fresher. I am also using their rose otto facial scrub.If doctor organic can make their packaging plastic free, then it would be even more amazing.

I really love this night cream! It is very light - way more so than my other night creams - so it feels nice and less goopy, which is great. It smells nice and leaves my face feeling great. Highly recommended.

Fine, just not my favorite
This night cream was fine, just not my favorite that I've ever tried. It was a little too runny for my taste. The scent is pleasant and I will continue to use it, I will just continue to purchase another brand that I prefer.

Light rose night cream
Nice scent on this overnight cream think light rose. Woke up with refreshed, soft skin after using for two nights in a row. Going to use this a couple times a week to see the effects on my skin. Pleasantly moisturizing and invigorating to the skin.

Sumptuous, thick and creamy. Feels amazing. Smells Heavenly. I like to put this on some rough skin on my feet. Works very well to moisture dry skin. Very neat jar, also, thick glass with a plastic lid. I've never seen better skin cream.

This is an incredibly high quality night cream. I have fairly sensitive skin and needed something specifically to put on at night, as the Aveeno moisturizer I use during the day has sunblock in it (and there's no need to waste that at night). Rose-scented products can be nauseating so I was relieved to note that this is not too highly scented, just pleasant. It's a rich cream, but feels very light going on, absorbs quickly without feeling greasy, and leaves skin soft and supple by the morning. Compared to the night cream I recently tried at a salon during a facial (which was $60!), this is about an equal product at a fraction of the price. Highly recommended.

smells good, stays on the face all night
I am coming up to my 40's and I've been using this for about two weeks now, and, well, I've seen no difference in my skin. There has not been any visible improvement. I still see all of the big pores, the dark spots, the fine lines. Nothing has improved. I think my olive/coconut oil blend hydrates better.However, it smells very good. It's not overpowering, and does not smell artificial. It spreads well once it warms up to the body, and my skin absorbed it extremely quickly. It does not feel greasy, and it is easily cleaned off by water.It seems to create a very long-lasting barrier, because even after a whole night of sleep, I can still feel it on my face the next morning when I wash my face.But again, I can't give it five stars, because I saw zero improvement in my skin. It's just another moisturizer for me.

really smells like roses
My wife loves the real rose smell. And I'm not talking about the mass produced roses you find in your florists today. We had rose bushes in front of my parents house growing up and I loved to smell the real rose smell. This cream has a beautiful real rose smell because it has rose otto in it which I gather is basically rose essential oil.The creme itself is perhaps slightly thick, but consistent with many of the other good night creams. My wife thinks it works as well as another night cream she's been using. It doesn't quite disappear into the skin soSupposedly the Rose Otto's smell is good for stress relief and insomnia. I can see that because when I smell it, I get taken back to sitting on the porch on a summer day with a gentle breeze bringing me the smell of the roses. My wife also like the floral and a little perfumey smell. Thankfully it's not too strong. Sleeping next to her, I smell a light rose smell that dissipates pretty quick. The smell works ok for us, but you probably know whether you want your night cream to smell or not.Overall, she really likes it. It seems to work well and it smells pretty.

Rich and gentle
I bought this to get me through the winter, using as both day and night cream, all over face, eyes and neck-- and today, just one day short of 4 months, I finished it-- pretty good, I'd say! That is lasting beyond my hope. I just ordered the Day cream from this brand, which I've used before, to get me through spring, and now I'm sure it will. This is gentle, has a light natural rose scent that doesn't linger or irritate, and provides effective moisture for mature or drier skin. 100 percent recommend!
