Gentle shampoo, great for curlies
Following the CG method for curly hair, it's hard to find a nice gentle shampoo that doesn't contain sulfates, silicons, and drying alcohols, but this one is just that. It has a pleasant smell and is even actually bubbly!

Dont get this in your eye
I have happily used this shampoo for ages, but today I got some in my eye. Talk about sting! I seriously felt like it had damaged my cornea. Even after two eye baths it was still hurting. This makes me wonder about using it again. Keep your eyes tightly closed.

Great Shampoo for sensitive scalp
I have always struggled to find a shampoo and conditioner that suits my scalp due to suffering from psoriasis but I have only had the occasional flare up since I started using this. Daughter suffers from a sensitive scalp but also finds this suitable and experiences no reactions.

Shiny hair
I don't think I've ever had a shampoo leave my hair looking so shiny. The scent is fine, not as wonderful as some natural products, but the results are great. Good lathering, easy to rinse, light in weight, beautiful golden color.

Lathers up for a great clean, leaving your hair soft and full of body.
I really like this shampoo. Its lathers up very nicely and has only a mild aroma to it. It rinses out very clean and leaves my hair feeling soft and bouncy. This morning I woke up with full body to my hair after sleeping on wet hair all night. Often this leads my hair to be greasy. But not with this shampoo, i am very impressed.

Organic Doctor Organic Vitamin E Shampoo
My scalp is less itchy and my processed hair looks very healthy after washing...even with no added products. The Vitamin E shampoo sure does something good to my head. Vitamin E is good for my skin so why would it not be good for my head. I am looking forward to many more shampoos with this organic product. I like it.

Clean, fresh hair
My shampoo tends to be the last hotel I stayed it, so my needs aren't terribly complex. That being said, I love this shampoo.The ingredients are natural, although it is a chemical product. I wouldn't go drinking it. My hair felt clean without feeling stripped and dry.The scent was mild and fresh: not perfumey.

Shampoo is a but runnier in consistency than I normally like. It doesn't build to a frothy lather, more of a 'tight' lather and I used a good amount of it. There is a citrus-like scent although I couldn't say exactly what type of citrus. Afterwards when running fingers through hair it had a squeaky feel versus smooth and silky. It's okay, but I don't think I would use this again.

Organic Doctor Organic Vitamin E Shampoo
This shampoo just feels right. It lathers up quickly and cleans the hair well. Very lightly scented (which I appreciate because who wants to smell like shampoo?). Rinses out well and leaves my hair looking and feeling healthy. Happy that it's got none of the ingredients I try to avoid. Very pleased.

This is a review of Organic Doctor Organic Vitamin E Shampoo, 9 fl.oz.It's a little pricey but I actually really enjoyed using this shampoo. It is mostly scent free and does a great job cleaning my hair and leaving it shiny and manageable. Some shampoos just leave my hair completely frizzed out when my hair dries but this did not do that. My hair was soft, shiny and well-managed.It does not lather excessively and rinses out well.

A pretty good shampoo with mainly natural ingredients
This shampoo works pretty well, helping cleanse and hydrate the scalp. My hair feels clean and smooth after shampooing with this. It has a lot of organic herbal ingredients, although it is not totally natural, like an Aubrey organic shampoo that I have regularly used. Vitamin E is great for the skin and scalp and is a valuable ingredient to build a shampoo around. Organic Doctor has formulated some pretty good hair care products and you may wish to try them if you want something with less lab chemicals and more herbal extracts.

I like this shampoo a lot. It gave my hair a feeling of extra body, however it did not end up with a feeling of anything coating my hair. When my hair was dry it felt clean (of course) with some nice bounce and a shine that you can't get from the addition of too much of any product. The smell is quite fresh and very much reminds me of the original Herbal Essence that I used so many years ago. Because of the scent, cleaning ability and feel it gave my hair, I'd say I'm going to add this shampoo to my rotation, and probably be giving the conditioner a try as well.

Not a lot of lather and I'm still left with dry/damaged hair.
When I started putting color in my hair I noticed my hair becoming increasingly dry. I have tried several different shampoos in the hope of finding one that would bring moisture back into my hair. Unfortunately, this product did not do that. The shampoo itself is fine. If you are okay with shampoo that doesn't lather up very much. The scent is not very strong and doesn't linger. My biggest concern was that it didn't leave my hair feeling like it had locked moisture in but instead dried it out even more. I know that hair is one region where theproduct might work better on one person and then have not positive results on another. For me, I'll keep looking for a new shampoo.

This is truly fantastic shampoo! Shampoo is not something I usually rave about, but I'll make an exception here! It really does what it's supposed to do---hydrate hair. My daughter has quite dry and sometimes frizzy hair---very curly, but not always easy to manage. After washing with this, her hair looked wonderful. The curls looked perfect---not frizzy, but not heavy at all---light and just right. She is autistic and I wash her hair, so another thing I appreciated was the lather----it didn't lather up hugely, but washed well with lighter lather, which made her happy. She hates lather in her eyes. I liked the scent---very mild.I've used this several times on my own hair, which is straight and grayed, so it also can use some hydration and management. I loved how it worked for that, too. My hair looks more alive, and smoother than it usually does.I'm always a skeptic about claims products make, but I have to say---whatever makes this shampoo work, the vitamin E or the aloe or whatever, it does work! It's more than I'd usually pay for shampoo, but I'm going to seek it out in the future.

A good product that isn't worth the price.
While I like that this vitamin E shampoo isn't full of lathering agents, I'm not convinced it has left my hair any cleaner or shinier than the far less expensive products I normally use. It does a fine job, certainly -- but from what I can tell, this is an item that is full of natural products, it claims to be organic (and that standard is different depending upon the jurisdiction), and my hair is squeaky clean when I'm done. That tells me that while my natural oil has been stripped from my hair, the result is a bit dry. The ingredients list reads like something you'll find in a food store and I don't know what some of these products do for hair, as the label doesn't offer explanation.I actually like the scent as it's very mild and I like that a thorough shampoo of my short hair (I'm a guy) only requires a nickel-sized dot on my palm, cleaning all my hair and scalp in one application. But at $12 for 9 ounces, I can't really justify the cost because I get the same treatment from my huge bottle of Suave: with a thorough rinse of either shampoo, my hair is left smelling good and my scalp is clean.This is a good product but only if it has ingredients that are must-haves for your particular head of hair. My hair is just hair and I'd rather spend the extra money on something more important.

Great shampoo for curly girl method
I use the curly girl method (no sulfates, shampooing scalp only twice per week), and I really like this shampoo. It's organic, so I know the ingredients will not harm my hair. And it gets my scalp feeling very clean. I occasionally do oil treatments on my hair, and this also works very well to shampoo out the excess oil in just one wash -- most shampoos take two. It's definitely strong, so if your hair is on the dry side like mine, I suggest using it on the scalp only. But it works very well.

Squeaky clean
The soap is a little thinner than other shampoos. It almost runs through the fingers when you squeeze it out of the bottle. It doesn't lather up as quickly or as largely as other shampoos either so I end up using more of this Organic Doctor shampoo when washing to get the same lather feel I'm used to. The shampoo doesn't leave your hair feeling moisturized and detangled. Instead it leaves your hair feeling squeaky clean and a bit stripped. If you like the squeaky clean feeling, this is the shampoo for you. But you might consider using a conditioner to bring back the luxurious moisturized feeling to your hair. I like that the scent doesn't linger in your hair.

This shampoo is just ok. I like the fact that it's all natural (or at least, that's what something being labeled as organic means to me), but it doesn't lather up very well and left my hair feeling not particularly soft or conditioned. It did feel clean, but tangled and like straw. To be honest, it reminds me a lot of Johnson & Johnson Baby Shampoo. The scent is very botanical (and by that, I mean it smells like grass and vegetables), which certainly does a lot to back-up that it's organic.Ultimately, the Organic Doctor Organic Vitamin E shampoo basically delivers on leaving your hair clean and being organic and all-natural, although my hair didn't feel any more hydrated than when I use other shampoos. At its current asking price, and as something that bills itself as super hydrating hair therapy, I was expecting more.

Pleasant shampoo with natural ingredients
This shampoo is made with lots of organic and natural ingredients. It gently lathers, but not overly so. I have to get used to the idea that a shampoo without a huge amount of lather is still doing a good job of cleaning my hair. For so many years I equated the amount of lather with the amount of cleaning power. This shampoo does a good job of cleaning without tons of lather. It has a mild fruity scent that's pleasant, but not overwhelming.My hair feels soft after using this shampoo and has some shine to it. But it doesn't do a better job than my usual daily shampoo which is a lot less expensive. I've used it for a couple of weeks. It doesn't take too much, even for shoulder length hair. Perhaps over a longer period of time, more positive changes will be visible. But for now, I'm not sure I'll spend the extra money for this shampoo when it's gone.

Honestly it is nothing special, similar to many other shampoos. Delicate and natural but not what I wanted, more hydration. The hair remains too stringy and not very shiny.

Excellent. Kind to hair and scalp. Hair does feel rough after a wash but that's because there's no silicones to mask the condition of your hair. Apply conditioner to the ends and no problems. After drying off, your hair will be silky smooth and shiny. My scalp loves this so much I had a reaction when trying a mainstream chemical-ridden shampoo. This feeds your hair and scalp vs stripping it. 4 stars because it doesn't lather as well as I'd like, but that's what you get when there's no harsh foaming agents. Top quality product- finally found my HG shampoo.

No sulfates or salt - Suitable for Keratin treated hair
I spent a long time searching for a shampoo truly without sulfates or sodium chloride (salt) and finally found it in Dr Organic. This shampoo is suitable for Keratin treated hair and so is the matching conditioner. Also they’re full of organic plant-based ingredients and no parabens, paraffin or petroleum - generally a much more natural and simple shampoo formula. Would really recommend and glad to have found this brand!
